I'm throwing a birthday party with the subjet Gibsy Queen. We will have drinks like Margarita, Tequila Sunrise, Champagne Cocktail and some alcohol free stuff as well. I was going to get some fingerfood to go with it (Italian/Mexican). Do you have some good ideas?

Stop by your local Mexican Restaurant and find out if they have a sampler Menu. If you like what you taste, order some things from there so you won't have to cook and mix drinks. And btw, have some party favors for your guest other that fancy straws. Go to the dollar store and get some hats, bazookas, Mexican themed scarves and have you ever considered having a pinata?

1/2 oz Blue Curacao
1 oz Malibu Rum
Pour ingredients into iced mixing glass, Shake and strain into cocktail glass, chilled.

Pour ingredients except grenadine into iced mixing glass, Shake and strain into cocktail glass, chilled. Pour grenadine slowly to make a layer.

Ingredients:
1 oz Tequila Casa Noble Crystal
1 oz Midori
1 Twist of Lime
Mixing instructions:
Shake ingredients in mixing glass with ice, except lime twist, then strain
into a cocktail glass. Add a lemon twist

Few Drops of Dry Vermouth

Ingredients:
2 oz. Casa Noble Crystal (Silver)
1 oz. Apple SchnappsSplash of Midori
Squeeze of lime juice, fresh
