wat are the sighns of labour besides ur waters breaking and do u get any sighns before hand? is there any way u can tell ur dialting

You can't really tell your dilating. I was 2 cm at 32 weeks pregnant and by the time I actually went into labor I was already 4 cm...
I knew I was in labor because my water broke and I started to have contractions. Also, it was the only time during my pregnancy that I got sick to my stomach..over and over. When the time comes, you'll know.

ONCE YOU START TO DILATE YOU SHOULD LOOSE YOUR MUCUS PLUG, BUT EVEN THOUGH THAT MAY HAPPEN YOU WONT NECESSARILY GO INTO LABOR. I WENT FOR 3 WEEKS 4CM DILATED WITHOUT A PLUG!
THEY ALSO HAD TO BREAK MY PLUG FOR ME, SO DON'T GO ON WATER BREAKING EITHER.
YOU WILL KNOW THOUGH. THE BRAXTON'S YOU ARE HAVING NOW THAT TEND TO ALARM YOU EVER SO OFTEN, WILL INTENSIFY BY 100, AND WILL TAKE YOUR BREATH AWAY.
IT'S ALL BEARABLE THOUGH, SO PUT YOUR HANDS OVER YOUR EARS, AND ENJOY THE TIME YOU HAVE LEFT WITH YOURSELF, YOUR PARTNER IF YOU HAVE ONE, AND YOUR EYELIDS CAUSE THERE WON'T BE MUCH SLEEP AWAITING YOU!

Oh Honey, YOU WILL KNOW!! Trust me. The contractions feel COMPLETELY different from false labor contractions. They are about 1,000 times stronger and more painful. No way you could miss it.

you some times will start to get cramps in your lower back, your mucus plug will fall ,perhaps these are signs of early labor how ever it may take a while before active labor starts and unfortunately you cannot tell when your dilating except when a doctor checks you .

when you get contractions, when you start to get mingrainds and head spines and sometimes you even get really bad stomach aches, i just felt the differance it changed so sudden and you need to keep highdrated or you will faint all the time

you will know when you are labor, there is no better way to describe it than it's really painful very strong contractions, you can't mistake it when it happens.
