i use my PC for long hours every day, lately it starts giving strange sound, its annoying, any help

I know that - you must put it completely off during week-ends. This probably happens because you shut off the computer on evenings, but let the power supply connected all the time.

If you have a spare power supply then swap the same with the present one and check if the problem persists. If so the change the power supply.

you need to take the power supply cover off and with a can of air blow the dust out of it aand a light oil oil the fan but not to much!!!

make sure the screws of your hard drive and cd rom are thigh..
sometime the noise can be cause by the memory ram which is loose..
could try changing ram slots
