hi, first of all dont be dipress, no tensions, be free... hv fun u deserve to be happy... ok!
u can try yoga, do some meditation, go be active do workout ( dont think plan and act) , go for a jog/ walk daily.. make it a routine a habbit.. its good !, take healthy diet like fruits, salads, anything nutritious... ya cut ur regular diet a little..

thing is be happy like a free bird... and workout

You need to go to the gym 3-5 times a week and hire a personal trainer to help you with what foods to eat and what not to eat. I think you can lose weight because i believe in you. I used to be slightly overweight but now I've lost 5 kilos in 3 weeks and i feel fantastic. If you exersice everyday e.g take dog for walk or run around the street 10 times and the workout and eating healthy and low fat foods. You should get those results in no time. Good luck with your diet and i hpoe it goes very well. P.S You need as much will power as you possibly can.

You are 17, you still have a good metabolism. Watch the amount of fatty foods and foods with carbs. If you are a big soda fan, cut back on your sodas. Try and walk when you wake up in the morning to boost your metabolism so you burn calories during the day. Try and walk 30 min. in the morning when you wake up and 30 min. in the evening after you eat dinner. That way your body can be burning fat even while you sleep.Drink plenty of water. try eating veggies instead of fatty snacks. Experiment. My son loves carrot sticks dipped in ranch dressing, or an apple sliced with peanut butter spread on it.Use your imagination. combine your foods to make fun yet flavorful and healthy snacks. If you are truly serious about it, first check with your doctor, then forget all those weight loss nonsense, expensive so-called helpers from the drug store....

I just dropped 10 pounds by doing a lot and every time I wanted to eat something, I would run to a mirror, take a look--trust me, that was the fastest way to curb my appetite.

Also, get a good, nutritional cookbook. There are even ones on the websites...my thing is lots of exercise, by starting slowly and plenty of water, soup and salads LIMITING the SALAD DRESSINGS. That is where the calories are too.

Weight can be hereditary, however talk to your physician or see a dietician. The right diet and exercise will work, make sure to be strict about it and have patience, remember it will take time losing weight is not an overnight thing. My daughter is dealing with the same thing. Keep a positive attitude. Remember who you are on the inside and that will help you alot more on the outside. Good Luck.

Reducing weight is never an easy task. It takes lots of determination. You have to cut out all the bad foods. Eat lots of fruit and vegetables. Start your excersize program by walking. A little at first and increase as you get use to it. I am 54 and still wear a size 5. I've kept my weight off by following my own advise.

i have lost 5 stone in 4 months just by cutting out my snacks dont cut out youre breakfast its the main meal of the day just dont have any snacks do a little excersice and you will soon see the pounds dropping off. im 20 and was over weight but now i have a great body and is in great shape. the most inportant thing you need to lose weight is will power with ouy it you have no chance.

Eat in small portions no bigger then the size of the plam your hand. Walk 30 minutes a day and drink alot of water, which will make you run to the bathroom.

Do exercise every day,don't eat chocolate ice cream and a oil food that cause you overweight.

First of all, Don't be so hard on yourself.
Yes, you realize you want to change something but don't get obsessed with losing weight.
Drink Lots of water.
You should also walk more often, walking is actually much better for you than running.
Don't eat too much candy, but you don't have to get rid of it completely.

There is no absolute way loosing the weight. There are some harmones that are responsibile for increase in weight. I think you should go for a complete medical check-up otherwise you will suffer.
