It's an Ohio Valley Wrestling star named the Freakin' Decon. However, it appeared to me that the fake Kane's last appearance before last night's PPV was the Undertaker in the role.

I had heard Brian Lee, who played the fake undertaker years ago. Whoever it is is terrible.
