No, unless the red card was given in error, in which case it may be withdrawn on appeal. Usually though he will always miss the next game in that competition. If a player gets a red card and his team go out of the world cup, he will miss the next game they play even if its a year later.

If he gets red card in a game , he is sespended for that game and for the next game as well ..
