Yes, I used to only dream of my family in black and white, everyone else, in color. Now, all my dreams are in color, but the language is jumbled up between spanish and english, (not that I speak good spanish, but I think I practice in my head a lot.)

Well I once read that something like 80% of people dream in back and white it just when they wake up and recal the dream their mind fills in the color. I personaly haver never dreamed in black and white and I dont even know if what I read was truthful but thats what they say.

you dont need to try to dream in black and white. the majority of dreams are black and white - its the coloured ones that are unusual!
