I wish I could just personality and nothing more. But that´s not true; money, coming from "a famous family" and things like that makes also makes a person popular. Looks and clothing too.

Hi there, what makes someone popular is MONEY! If you have money, everyone wants to be around you...
But sometimes you don't have money and if you want to be a popular person, the best you can do is try to be the "COOL" guy or girl, whichever is your case... People always want to be around the cool person... and who is the cool person... the person who expresses with confidence, is extrovert, uses popular clothing of todays date, I don't think family has anything to do with popularity...
