George Washington was not a member of any "political party".
In fact If you read his Farewell address, he goes on at length about the dangers of "factions" to the nation.
Although he was a member of the masons, but I don't know that you would consider it a true "political party"
Also of note is that congressional records don't recognize anyone as being related to any political organizations untill a couple of years after the start of everything

It was called the Whig party, not Wig.
And the administration of George Washington and the first few sessions of the US Congress were nonpartisan. This means there were no political parties allowed. They believed it would cause divisions.
