In terms of physical money, I'd say the USA, but when it comes to history, art, culture, tradition etc. The UK is definitely richer.

If you mean money then sure, America is probably the richest. But wealth isn't measured only in dollars .....

What about history, literature, art, scientific discovery, sports, democratic and accountable government, freedom of the individual? America is poor compared to UK in these respects.
