Some people feel like they have very little in their lives; they are that desperate to fel special that they realize they can get a little power by being nasty to someone. They are sad, simple as that :)

I can tell you from personal experience the only time I am "mean" or "cruel" is when people act stupid. Now if they really are inept then I just walk away, hang up whatever. But people acting stupid can make perfectly happy normal people see red.
Other than that don't even get me started on the "need help" there upbringing and other stuff. I'm sure most people have heard the saying if you can't say something nice don't say anything. I do try that when I see red but, alas I'm not perfect. Just human with human reactions.

It has been my perceptions through life that people whom are cruel to others are in great pain themselves, and are lashing out in an attempt to make others miserable so that others can know there pain also.
I know this makes little sense to persons whom have not experienced great pain and suffering, and every person whom has experienced great pain and suffering does not do this, however those whom do are crying out for help.
If you know of a person such as this, possibly you can help direct them to a good community therapist who will help them, but mostly what they need is love, and understanding.
However they will never change until they themselves are capable of understanding that they do in fact have the problem, address the underlying issues, and are wishing to change from with in there own heart.

honestly, i believe it's psychological. Some people are just wired in some way that makes they enjoy being cruel. That's why I think Rapists and murderers should never see the light of day.

Its like why doesn't all the strawberries in the field taste as sweet or why do some fruit rot worse than others!
Sorry to say its life... its way of balance! If there were'nt any cruel people, we wouldn't appreciate the kind ones as much!

Could be many factors that why their are rich Doctors .It can be the past or a disorder .It can be the job or family stress , or driving .They don't get professional help and target in on others .

look at your face I never been so disgusted with anything else in my life ! I would rather kiss a swine with left overs all over its face than just to look at you again. i suppose its much easier for sum one to be cruel to sumone rather than be nice and kind to sumone. i suppose they want to show tht they are hard so tht one one will eva challenged them. i think curelty towards others is a sign of insecurity and lack of confidence and therefore they choose to be cruel to other so tht they can take their anger on others who can't stand up for themselves. i believe these sort of ppl are just cowards.
