Three alternative means of transportation; JR Narita Express, Keisei Narita Express, and Airport Limousine Services. You choose an airport Limousine bus which takes you straight to Shinjuku West Exit. But you do not get off at West Exit and get off at the next stop Keio Plaza Hotel because you can ask questions to a hotel doorman or can check your bags free till you know well about the area you plan to stay or to go.

From the airport, catching the train is probably the easiest and fastest method. All the signs include English, luckily for us!
From the airport, catch the Keisei line to Nippori (about 1 hour).
Change over to the Yamanote line, bound for Ikebukuro and Shinjuku. It takes about 30 minutes to get to Shinjuku.
It should cost 1,190 yen (one way).

take nex train to tokyo station than switch to the green yamanote line and go toward shinagawa and continue on to Shinjuku. You can buy your ticket all the way to Shinjuku when you buy it. Just tell them NEX to Tokyo and than local to Shinjuku.

check the time departure of limousine bus when you decided to take bus on the way to Shinjuku..
if your flights are delayed or arrived after the closing of the limousine bus services, you would consider taking trains.
limousine buses are the most convenient way to Shinjuku depends on your arrival..
