The movie is called STALIN, it is an HBO production. I could not find it on any P2P tool. What makes it harder is that I live overseas and cannot order the movie. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

I don't believe the soundtrack is commercially available. The original score was by Stanislas Syrewicz, who won the CableACE award in 1994 for his work in this movie. I'll give you the Internet Movie Database link below, maybe it will help you.
