Probably not. There is always something we want or need. Just take a look at the developed and third world countries. People can be happy in both, but there are also a lot of stressed/depressed people, although in wealthy countries you basically have everything that you need.

It's hard to be completely happy nowadays, because we don't really know how to seize the moment anymore. The mind, body and soul have to be with you in one place...for you to be completely happy in a happy situation...but often when we are here physically...we are already somewhere in the future with our mind ...or we are still in the past. Very few people are able to gather all three together: mind, body and soul.
