Addition, but stop making us vote for your answer. Can't you see points don't matter at all?? Points are just for fun. Why do you try so much to get those 10 points for that question by putting links to it everywhere and you don't try to really answer good, real questions? Only then you would deserve the 10 points!

I can't tell, apparently it uses something like a CGI which uses addition. It adds a tally to a variable which is used later to compute the percentage. But it's not actually a CGI, so it's possible that it could multiplying a %decibal variable by another variable to make the tally. By the way, I didn't press the button down to figure that out, so I didn't vote for your question. That's just not fair. That would be cheating. I want the prize as bad as you. But you are very smart.

Definitely addition.. it's totally impossible for Yahoo to tabulate the results like multiplication... cause computer coding basically goes by increment such as ++...
