50 overs any time. twenty20 is like highlights of a 50 overs match. the bowlers r there to be belted around, not make a match thru their ability. batsmen r there to slog fm the beginning. what abt the real tussles between the batsmen and bowlers?
50 overs match it is for me.

A 50 OVER MATCH --- Coz' Thats the Real battle between a Batsman and a Bowler -- If that was'nt the case the ICC ( International Cricket Council ) would have abandoned the 50 overs match when the Twenty20 started. Twenty20 is for FUN and to see Batsmen scoring in a brisk rate. That would'nt get someone's Skills out as a Batsman - as a Hitter Yes!

Twenty20

I am a life member of Middlesex County Cricket Club, but go to a boarding school in Cheshire, England. Therefore, the amount of times I can see my county is restricted (I come home for Christmas, Easter, summer holidays and half-term). At the recent half-term, I saw Middlesex's 50-over match against Ireland, and half of the 50-over match against Essex (I only saw half because I had to leave the ground at 3pm to catch a train back to school). Unfortunately, I cannot see any of Middlesex's Twenty20 Cup games because I am not coming home until 26th July, by which time the competition will have finished.

I look forward to attending Middlesex's 50-over game against Pakistan on August 24th, after which I would have seen 2.5 50-over games and 0 Twenty20 games. Therefore, I have a burning desire to watch a Twenty20 match.

I just loving having a whinge about the lack of cricket, particularly Twenty20, I get to see due to my being at boarding school. I will feel very upset tomorrow evening when a 30,000 full-house greets the Middlesex v Surrey match at Lord's.

I prefer a fifty over match, cuz in the 20/20, the fun is over even before it begins. u really cant judge any of the batsmen or bowlers in a 20/20.

i never watched 20/20 match on Tv because it is too short, cricket is like movie it should be long with turning point, suspense, hero , villain etc not only sixer and sixer, who will see movies with only songs or only fights. so I prefer 50 over match

Both are great but 20-20 games have so much more boundaries that they are more fun.
