All are chief executives of a country. A Prime Minister is a member of parliment elected by the other members of parliment to lead the country & selects his cabinet with the approval of his peers. They are free to remove him at any time with a vote of no confidence. This is the weakest least democratic chief executive.

The title Chancellor means different things in different places, but mostly it is very similar to a Prime minister with more power independent of parliment.

A President is directly elected by the people & co-equal to the whole of congress. This is the strongest chief executive w/o becoming a dictator (based on checks & balances) & at the same time the most democratic.
