nicely if this guy did "expect" a quake then he's both dumb or has a sixth sense. very few have had the skill to inform the destiny, even then they were incorrect alot. If the guy has a heritage of real predictions, then there will be a quake, besides the undeniable fact that the city would have the seisomgraph and scientists checking the tectonic plates to make optimistic. If hes mendacity then he only needed interest and to scare people.

no. but volcanic eruptions still occur. earthquake is unpredictable, just like you have a hit on another girl.
