Go to the USB hardware provider's site. Hopefully, there will be a driver download link, or use the search function.

If ur Bluetooth is detect then it is ok
Now u Open your cd run your setup file .......... ur driver install it self Other wise u can download driver to Internet

search the internet for a driver for your unique "bluetooth dongle" and download it
