People, unlike early days, we can find lots of cute and sophisticated looking teen girls doing porn now.. It could be softcore, solo or even hardcore.. What is the main reason, other than money, for them to do this? I saw an article that most of the girls do this for fun.. Isn't this unconvincing? What is their day-to-day life like? Being a 23 year old, I think exploring the other side of this can be interesting.. I'm not talking ONLY about professional porn stars. Girls, you too are welcome to answer this.

everyone is gonna think this is sexist, but i find it to be true....100% of the time. I worked in 2 locations when strippers and amateur porn girls got off work. In every case, at some point they were sexually abused. Usually by a father or close male relative. They continue to seek that negative attention that makes them feel desired and accepted. They don't know how to get attention from men without it being sexual. You'll find that few of them can maintain male/female relationships without sex being involved. Matter of fact, they often can't maintain female/female relations without sex beiong involved. They'll tell you the most important thing in a relationship is sex or they'll act that way and say something else. They tend to flirt and dress flirty without even knowing it. They have many problems in their day to day jobs because sex always interferes with their work.
Anyway, they are seeking the attention their abuser gave them. It is the only way they know how to communicate with men...they think that makes them acceptable to men, when men are really going, "she's hot...but such a dirty whore!"

Mostly I am writing this not to answer the question, but to actually comment on the other answers. First of all, it is not an unbiased question because guys in porn do it because they are getting paid for sex. What guy doesn't want that? Second I would like to state that the majority of the people who answered this question are either 12 year olds, or have the intelligence of a twelve year old. The grammar and sentence structure of the majority of the answers are terrible, to say the least. So all you pre-pubescent teens out there wanting to answer this question just because it had porn in the title should stop using your money on lotion and tissues, stop wasting your time in front of your computer with your pants down, pick up a book and actually read something. The majority of women do porn for the money, very few do it for the opportunity to advance in the movie industry, and the young girls do it to either defy their parents and prove they are independent, or want to try something new and exciting and get a little money on the side. There, now do something more productive with your time!

Most of these girls are former strippers looking to make a quick buck. They make a lot more money then there male counterparts. But for some guys the true reward is the top quality booty.
I see nothing wrong with it as long as you don't stay in the business forever and squander your cash....

I think most of them like it. They like the attention, the hours, the sex. Why not? It's a real job and it pays real well. If you like it, then it's quite the sweet set-up, don't you think?
One other reason could be for exposure. I'm sure some of these ladies are looking to get into the modeling or acting business.

many reasons here is a few
-bored and wanting to try something new
-some have been sex slaves for a long time and some1 turned them on to porn
-they don't have no other way to make money
-some don't like to work hard to get places in their life so they turn to this
-they been messed with so much that their cootie wants sex all the time and porn is where they can get a lot of sex.

Some do it for money.
Some do it because porn is glamorized and they think it'll be fun, even though I've heard that most girls cry after it's over.
Some do it because they think it'll be a stepping stone to get them into mainstream movies and TV shows.

Because it's fun to watch yourself having sex! I would only do home-made videos with my hubby of course, but if your morals are on a lower level, why then not do it for a whole bunch of men?!
Porn is good for society, helps that there are not so many rapes. That's it. You're having fun and do something good for other women. So why not?

sum chix do it for fun, money, or if they are forced in 2 it by sum1 if u ask me its grose that they get forced into it but that's 1 of the major reasons
