Yes, you will certainly be able to go abroad, after all you're still young at around 30 yrs of age.

Here's what you do to make this goal come true, first make it a high priority, then decide exactly where you want to go --- then do research about this place, find out as much information as you can.

Figure how what it will take for you to go to this place, then start work on getting getting these things done.

Once a definite goal is clearly outlined and worked towards --- all things that you need will fall into place to make it happen.

Soon enough, you will find yourself where you want to be

Good Luck, my friend..

How old are you? If you are 100 years old and don't have any money, I don't think there are good possibilities for travel.

Able? Are you disabled in any way? Most diasabilities can be accomodated by most travel methods.

So yes. You will be able, even with little money.
