On a microscopic level, I've always found that macrophages are an interesting topic. For example, when bacteria has DNA injected into it by a macrophage, it uses the bacteria to incubate and duplicate many other macrophages. When the bacteria lyses, all of the macrophages spill out. So how does bacteria survive in the body when you get as many as 50 macrophages for every bacteria?
