as long as the staff are not in a position of authority over you (and would therefore be seen as abusing that position) then it's fine. If they would (for example) be responsible for handling exam papers that you will be set then make sure an authorative figure is made aware of the relationship before there can be a problem with this situation...

Nope! First of all dating is coming together of two people, its a consensual act. So, it's not of state's business to encroach into anybody's personal life, until it's against the social norms or behaviour harming the interest of the community in large. In your case, it's harmless and fruitious... so go and get ahead to date your invigulator.
