A soft kiss at the nape of the neck or the back of the knee can get some pretty impressive responses....then go ahead and plant a french kiss on her lips......then her face. ;)

Since the question is "before sex", I would have to say a nice passionate french kiss. (not sloppy though...Those are gross.) There are sometimes when nice pecks (or regular kisses are appropriate and "better", like the first kiss, or when you are beginning to enter a kissing session. It builds tension and attraction.
