Why are Breasts such a focal point in Western Culture?

That's an interesting question. I've actually heard that in cultures where a woman's breasts are constantly exposed, they aren't considered objects of sexual arousal like they are in cultures where they are normally hidden. This is sort of akin to when women's ankles were normally covered during the Victorian period. Back then, exposed ankles were considered titillating.

That is a good damn question, but also why are other features a focal point in other cultures. Its just where you live i guess, i mean it is just like what food you eat, people up in indiana eat different food than someone in hawaii. It is just a matter of where you live and i know one thing, some tribes in africa, women shave there heads and this is considered beautiful.
