what is the best drink to help with dehydration

Drink a lot of water thoughout the day, maybe quit about 3 hours before bedtime though that way you are not running to the bathroom all night. But water is always the best if you are dehydrated. And at room teperature is even better for you than chilled.

fluids inc water and fresh juices like orange etc and i dilute them in half half or a third juice and the rest water so the levels of water are more so that helps with getting rid of dehydration. i go all night without water coz a big glass of this helps me through till morning. orange juice definately helps to wipe it out but i like tropical too. it works just as good but i feel the berru juices dehydrate me so i usually go with orange and tropical ones. good luck
ps im on medication and feel really really thristy when i wake up.

Well dehydration occurs because your body doesn't have enough water, therefore I would have to recommend you drink WATER!

dont drink fizzy drinks they dehydrate u even more i guess water is best

I would have MILK
as in cerial, a great bowl of Cheerios or Frosties that normally helps me unless you've caught a cold or something.
