During the group stage i believe Australia versus Japan was the BEST GAME because Shunsuke Nakamura's controversial opener after 26 minutes looked to have given Japan a crucial Group F win at the Fritz Walter Stadion. Little did the Japanese
know because Australia came storming back and substitute Tim Cahill popped up with two goals in the final six minutes to turn the match on its head and stun the Japanese.
A dramatic finale also should have seen Cahill give away a penalty, but John Aloisi bagged a third for Australia in what was a thrilling way for Guus Hiddink's men to claim the country's first goals and first ever victory in the World Cup finals.
During the last 16 Round i believe Portugal versus Netherlands was the best match so far.
Midfielder Nuno Maniche settled the tie with a superb first half goal but the story of the tie was a remarkably undisciplined display from both sides that started with Costinha being sent off at the end of the first period.
A fiery second half saw the cards continue to come thick and fast with Khalid Boulahrouz, Deco and Giovanni van Bronckhorst dismissed by referee Valentin Ivanov, and amidst a haze of bookings Holland's once-promising World Cup challenge came to an end.

The match between Portugal and Netherlands is the best match so far. So many things going on and they only produced one goal

Argentina vs Mexico was the best. It moved at a fast pace and there were plenty of chances by both teams. The goal in extra time was fantastic and both teams showed the rest of the world how to play football.

OOOooOooO...That's defininetely a hard one. I'd have to say ummm. Portugal and the Netherlands. Although the Germany games have been awesome. and the US vs. Ghana was awesome in the last portion, but im partial to the US games because I know some of the players.
