Everything will return to the way it is but you should wait at least 30 days after giving birth to have sex.It will give some time for your uterus and vagina to rest a little and recuperate but already a few hours after giving birth you can see that things are regressing as the way they were.

The organs remain virtually the same as pre-pregnancy. The uterus shrinks back down to normal size within 48 hours after giving birth.
Sex life can be changed temporarily after child birth as there will be soreness and, with most doctors, it will be discouraged for a short amount of time. Beyond that time few women experience any significant changes from their pre-child birth libido (sex drive).

my aunt had a baby and all her sexual organs fell out on the floor and the doctor said 'oh my word' and they had to mop it all up but the baby is ok and my aunt, because she didn't have no organs no more grew a beard and shaved everyday just like my uncle did in the morning but i sometimes think that she could have prevented that if she didn't drink so much hard liquer; but thats anoother story.
