That would be very bad, simply because it is always good to eat a good "loin" steak, now if you refer to Lions, then nothing happens, tigers and lions are useless, and they are not in the forests, they habitate the jungles.

No loins and tigers? Well if there were no loins then nothing would be able to reproduce except for plants, causing all animals (tigers) and humans to die off creating an oxygen rich atmosphere because there are no oxygen-breathing creatures left to take in the trees increasing oxygen, then over many thousands of years there won't be enough carbon dioxide for the plants which the loined creatures produced for the trees, causing all of them to die off leaving only asexual creatures behind like the sponge. I always knew it would be the sponges. Then, with nothing in the way, the sponges will evolve into a super race of man-sponges...Omigosh...Sponge Bob...it's starting! The world of Sponge Bob is coming to fruition. Patrick, the starfish is an asexual creature too! Ah! And so is Gary! Noooooooo! It was all a prophecy, not a stoners dream! A PROPHECY!!! Oh for the love of Simon and Garfunkel!! Why?! Whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy?!!!?!?!???!

If they are not present the growth of the herbivorus animals will be high and there by leading to Ecological Imbalance.
So to maintain the ecological balance loins and tigers should be there in forests

Tigers, no big deal. But if there where no loins it wouldn't be long before life would cease to exist. Because without loins of any kind there is no reproduction.

if there are no loins in the forest then the tigers will have to eat something besides pork. lions are not the king of the jungle, lions live in the bush.

Oh!!! Look at all the clever loin comments!!!! Judgemental dolts!!!
I promise if all all the lions and tigers die out for whatever reason that I will eat everything that used to get eaten by them so that the eco system will stay in order. Promise.

The ecosystem has a delicate balance. If some predators were to become extinct, then their prey would over-populate to the point where it consumes all of its resources and starve out, and so on....
Of course, lions & tigers are not restricted to forests (ie African plains.....) So the ecosystem of the forests specifically may become un-balanced, while the other regions would continue to thrive with their lions & tigers.

Without the lions, tigers and other predators, a whole level in the ecological pyramid will not keep the balance in check for a long while, and the unchallenged species will grow in huge numbers, until the environmental resources can no longer support them. Other natural mechanisms will kick in, like competition, and some of the unchallenged species will become predators of other unchallenged species to keep the balance in check; all in good time. Ecology is fun. Thank you for the question.

Generally, they aren't in forests but plains and jungles. It would effect the ecosystem, just as all animals whose existence ceases. Their natural prey would flourish, creating other animal population increases which causes an almost unnoticeable trickle down effect. There are checks and balances in nature, and every time an animal is erased from the equation, the balance shifts.

Did you mean to say loins, like in Tarzan/type clothing or were you simply making reference to the noise that would be in the woods if there was anyone to listen?/ I think you meant somthing else.
