i personally think eng played quite poorly.i dont think that 4-5-1 formation worked that much. eng created prob 3 chances throughout the match, not including the goal. ecuador played really poorly , and i think if eng had played a better attacking team they would have lost.

Still after they have played 4 matches, England has not convinced me that they are playing at their best. England got lucky that Ecuador didnt attack that much and that if they wouldnt have gotten that free kick, the English team would have lost the game in Extra Time because these guys were not even running at all and got tired from the hot weather. I think Portugal is going to beat England, but then again England is so lucky that Deco and maybe even C. Ronaldo are not going to play

england played poorly but that goal made by beckham was SWEET! ecuador kept on running after the ball and it got annoying...
