He has kidnapped your child and he can harm him if you report.....

Yes I'd tell the cops, homeland security, the FBI, the CIA, my mail carrier, and the lady who sells me coffee in the morning! I would want all the help I could get!

YES because I probably won't have the ablity to save him/her myself.
