High shoes are neither healthy nor comfortable.
Only if really used to them, you might feel comfortable, but then you ruin your back.
Try to find fashionable shoes that aren't high.

Is beauty ever comfortable or painless? NO! Walk around in your shoes often that make you uncomfortable and you will get used to it, eventually it wont seem uncomfortable.

um... dude I think she means high fasion as in haute couture.... and the answer is beauty is pain and pain is beauty. That and women are nuts.
