I really like myspace. Obviously a lot of it is really fake. People putting up fake pictures and pretending to be people they aren't (seems really pointless to me...how sad does your life have to be if you have to live it through some fake person?). But you do come across some real and genuine people on there and can build lasting friendships.

In fact, I met the coolest and greatest person on there about 2 years ago. She's the bestest friend I could ever ask to have. I really do love her a lot. She's like a sister to me and I get so excited when we get to hang out.

Of course, with everything there are going to be some drawbacks. And myspace is filled with pediaphiles, sexual predators, and drama kings/queens. If your able to get past all of those things it can be really enjoyable (for a website anyway).

I think it is a bit lame. Only the younger kids, such as teens, get to spruce their page up and get away with it.

When I first started mine, I was excited for about two months straight. Every day you have faith in the fact that since it exists, so might the chance of something random. In other words, all people have to do is click on the 'comment' button and type a few words, but in reality, that doesn't happen very often even though it is so easy for others to do.

So, it's kinda lame, but I still have my page. It certainly won't change a person's life, besides that guy in Palestine that is going to get married. It changed his life, but it won't change everyone's.

Its wonderfull to discover bands and download free music...and even talk with some of your favourite bands;
But beware of false people advertising even virusses...myspace dissapeared suddenly...i cannot acces it...and thats really bad news..;
I dont like the designs a lot of people have a unreadable page...for music its wonderfull..to meet people...not really I guess..;I m on there under bavo I have like 180 friends...feel free to add me and chat about it more(if I can get it back!!!)

i think its great for people like me in their teens and young adults, but once you start seeing people in their late 30s/early 40s...its alittle sad, like...dont that have kids or spouses or something!?
