what is the cause for my rabbits ears turn red all the time ?

Rabbits lose heat through their ears so maybe it's to hot. Or it has an ear infection. A good way to cool a rabbit is with a bottle of frozen water. They will lay next to it. An ear infection has to be treated by a vet.

I would take your rabbit to the vet to get this checked out. It could be many things, temp regulation problem, mites, and infection... http://www.rabbit.org
