I want to try to sale my house without a realtor. I won't have an MLS so what would be an effective way to advertise on the internet?

Also, the market has softened up, in most areas, which is even more more important to have a professional represent you, in my opinion.

Why would you not use a Realtor for buying, it cost you NOTHING but could save you a bundle?

Ebay is real good. There are sites dedicated to homes that are for sale by owner.

Some people are using Ebay now - or you can try craigslist.org or a local paper
