Hate would be the easy answer.
But I don't think so. Hate is easily defined. Love is not.
I think the opposite of hate is like. So that doesn't answer your question.
I think it would be something along the lines of apathy.
Love is a deep sense of caring, and apathy is a total lack of caring. So I'd go with apathy as the opposite of Love.

Apathy.
When you hate someone, it is because you care about them to some extent. When you have apathy, it is a complete lack of caring/love.
