There is no single person to steal this title - only the collective cowardice of men (generic term, of course...women can be cowards too!) Including, but not limited to....Any captain who saves himself over crew or passengers. Any military leader who would not dare go where he sends others. Any political figure who dodges questions or disappears when opposition comes calling (Hitler, Hussein and Bin Ladin....?) Anyone who puts someone down to build himself up. Anyone who harms one he is supposed to protect. Anyone who does not value life.

There are many instances to coward persons, and cowardice can not be calculated on any scale, so we can never find out the most coward or brave person in history.

The person who named Osama Bin Laden as the most coward person should have explained more. If he'd been a coward person, he'd not have come to the ruins of Afghanistan to fight against the Russians, leaving behind his luxurious life. The way Talibans are fighting against an advanced army like that of the US, the US Army would never have the guts to do so and fight an equally strong army, let alone fight an army greater in number and having sophisticated weaponry.

Wow. Anybody mention Neville Chamberlain? He sat back and did nothing to confront Hitler when Britain and France have absolulte military superiority. He watched while Germany repeatedly violated the Versailles Treaty, invaded the Saarland, annexed Austria, took over the Sudenland, began building u-boats and an air force, and took over the rest of Czechoslovakia. He fudged alarming intelligence estimates, and did his level best to suppress British rearmament.

George Bush. He 'supported' the Vietnam war, but chose not to serve, and then when President actually *created* his own Vietnam.

If he would have followed his 'convictions' as a young man and actually served in Vietnam he would have been wiser for it and probably would not have gotten us into this fuked up mess in Iraq.

He was a coward as a young man and now we all have to clean up the mess leftover by his belligerence as a dysfunctional 'man'.

I would have to say Ted Bundy, not only did he prey on young girls, but when he was being prepared for the electric chair he went into hysterics. If your going to do the crime be prepared to face the time.
