If you want a website, you're already logged into yahoo. I'd suggest, remaining logged in and going to geocities.com and download PageBuilder which is a program that will make it relatively easy to build web pages, and has some images for things like new babies included in their program that you can pick if you sort through their lists of images. Just fiddle with it till you figure it out or find someone to help. The geocities site will be saved then it will be at the web address that is made up of http://www.geocities.com/youryahooidhere

You could make a blog to share his development with the world as it happens! You can update it daily, really easily, and add cool stuff like pictures and links to baby-related sites.
