I have the free version of AVG by Grisoft. It seems to work very well for me. I run it semi-daily and it catches most everything. Yahoo also offers a free anti-spy that you can get when you download Yahoo toolbar. I run it also. Between the two, not much gets by.

go to avg.free or something like that.
