we r living in the same building for 4 yrs.1 year ago he expressed his love 4 m i was so shocked.i tried to explain him that it's wrong but he was not ready to listen anything.so i stopped talking with him but whenever he finds me he just start allmost weeping.i don't know what shold i do.

It sounds like to me, that you truly have a problem with a cousin falling in love with you. However, I would inform some other person in the family first, such as an aunt or uncle. Depends on how far down the family line this cousin of yours also, is very important. Surely a first, second, or third cousin is a bad thing for the family; therefore, use your chain-of-command beginning with someone that is close and then confront your cousin about the condition. Obviously stating, "You are not interested."

You guys are family, family cant date each other. This is wrong you need to tell your cousin that you guys are family and thats it. Tell him to find another girl to like. Dont let this turn into some Jerry Springer shi*!
