Me and my husband are getting a devorse. I started dating some one, but I'm not sure if it's still cheating. We are just going to court and are trying to get the papers. The guy I'm seeing knows I'm getting devorsed, but my husband doesn't nknow I'm dating anyone, but is that still cheating!!?? Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Until you are legally declared by a judge DIVORCED (not devorsed>>>spell check) then you are cheating.

Are you still having feelings for your husband? If yes, then you are cheating. If this new guy is helping you make a decision to get divorced with your husband, then it can also be considered cheating. I think ultimately, as long as he is still legally your husband, you are cheating on him...... if you dun feel the guilt, then just carry on with what you are doing.....

Yes mam it is still cheating. If its not cheating why are you hiding it from your husband or just not telling him. You know if he finds out before you get divorced he can use that against you. You damn right its cheating. Your conscience is bothering you, thats why you asked this question.

I don't think it's cheating because you and your husband are getting divorsed, and you were go to date somebody eventually. The only thing that will be awkward is when (or if) your husband finds out that you are already dating somebody else.

yes, that's actually considered adultery.
in god's eyes it's wrong b/cuz you're not completely divorced yet.
it's considered adultery if there's sex involved.
if not, & there's only talking going on. then no, it's not adultery.
but like i said, in god's eyes you're still a married woman. it's not good nor healthy to start dating someone while the divorce is going thru. in god's eyes, it's totally wrong.
see, god doesn't approve of divorces. he believes in marriage for life.
remember your vows you've made to each other, not only to each other but in the sight of god........i take my vows very serious, not only to my hubby but to god. you made that promise to god.
for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer & in sickness & in health till death do us part...
sorry, but i need to tell you the truth. or else i'll be judged by god for not sharing this with you.

don't get out of 1 bad relationship & jump right into another. that doesn't make sense now does it? take some time to heal, get restoration, time for yourself. there's nothing wrong with that.
now if you're leaving your hubby for someone else, that's an absolute no-no. god definitely doesn't approve of that & neither do i.

yep... you are still married to your husband. He can actually use it against you in the divorce proceedings. Don't let him find out or you could lose out.

I would wait until the divorce is finial, cause yes that is still considered adultery and he can use it against you.
