I'd vote for love, but I guarantee I'd find a way to work my career into the equation as well.

Life may be short...to love and be loved is priceless.

Honestly, I think your career is important.. I think that person should understand how important your career is. If that person truely loves you he/she will undertsand and will be willing to work through the hard times even if it means you have to leave them every now and then.

Im in the Army and my wife and I have to go through this every other year. I have been deployed 3 times in the past 4 years for a total of 28 months away from my family. I know she loves me but it makes it hard on us because this is my job and I dont have the choice as of right now to say that I will give up my career but because we have that love for each other she is there the whole time and supports me no matter what happens.

That all depends on the person and how invested they are in either the relationship or the career. I personally would have to choose the person i love because jobs can be replaced but the love of your life can't.

That's depend about the probleme encountered aroud your love and your carrer. Naturally it not supposed to be a probleme between... But personally, I think my carrer could be more important because that's the only way I can get money to eat.

Your career is more important, for sure. It will not divorce you and will be there for you as long as you do not screw up.
