It is debatable. BUT, I have seen it work. Weird, and the guy showed me how to do it; really weird. The main thing is ask around for some input as to who really know what they doing. Not sure how this works but it does; when, you know what to do! Weird, really weird. ;-D

Water divining technique is unfortunately not based on 100% scientific principles it is more or less an empirical based result oriented method with some success rate tobe credible. They consider many parameters to support it's theory or rather experiences to precisely locate the source of water below ground level.

It's practiced, but that doesn't mean it's accurate or that it works as advertised.
