Speaking as a husband and possibly as someone not in your particular situation, I will supply a definite maybe.
If your husband would like to "punish" you as part of a sex game, and you are a willing participant, then absolutely allow him to punish you. That can be part of a healthy and active sex life.
If it is A) not part of a sex game or B) you are not a willing participant then no, get out of the entire situation as quickly as possible.

No way. I would only let my parents. A husband who punishes their spouse has got problems. Your husband shouldn't be punishing you.

In a marriage, niether the wife or husband should ever punish the other. You both should have the kind of relationship where neither of you should ever intentionally hurt the other.

no way. he has no right to punish you. if it's a physical punishment , like being abusive, then you should get out of that relationship. i recommend watching the movie "Enough" (2002) with Jennifer Lopez. if u haven't seen it already. i just finished watching it. it deals with abuse and fighting back against her abusive husband.
the only people who CAN punish me are my parents and knowone else.

No I wouldn't let him. It sounds like your husband is trying to control you. Let him know that he is not your father. He doesn't have the right to do that. If he thinks that he does have the right, you might need to suggest some anger managment corses. Good luck. God Bless You!!!!

No, he is not my parent - I am a grown woman, and we are equal partners, not one over the other in our household, and we honor and respect each other. I would not punish him either, for the same reasons.

Hell no! I have one father, and that's the only one I need. Unless, you're talking about "punishing" me, then that's something different...

Hell no. You need common respect and a peer relationship. No one is in control, both of you support each other out of free will.
