OK - sounds silly - but....... I do the same job now that i did in London. I lived in a funny little flat in Islington and had to be crushed in the tube for 10 hours a week! Here I have a lovely house, two house-maids, a driver and a bodygaurd named Jojo!

If I have your choices, I'd choose Manila hands down. Life in the Philippines is simpler, less demanding and just an hour away from the city, you'd already be surrounded by nature's beauty. Besides, how can life in Manila compare to life in London? It will cost you an arm and a leg there just to have a day cleaner, who only comes 2-3 times a week.
You cannot say the same things about London, can you? Although, London has its plus points as well, but go for where life is simpler for you. :)

I am jealous. I have never been to London, but comparing Manila to living in a US city, I would rather be in Manila.
After getting past the pollution, the people are friendlier, the food is good, the lifestyle for someone earning a western salary is so much more than what could be afforded in London or the US.

Well lucky you. I couldn't compare the 2 cities... nor could I copare to living in London to say living in Manila having maids, drivers etc... I've never had the luxury of having people wipe my *** nor have I lived in London.

i might say London, or it fairly is my own opinion a minimum of. lots of their underground style is so dope and additionally you will meet lots much less hypebeasts in London than you will in manhattan. I merely think of the line style in London is grand. rather super designers come from the college of Arts London, yet manhattan produce some incredibly super human beings too.

London is cleaner and less polluted.However the people in Manila are nicer than those in London.Cebu is better than both.And if they had a metro in Manila you would be probably be crushed in that too.

I think both are good, to compare is difficult. Something will be in Manila and missed in London and vise verse... that's why traveling is wonderful, it allows us to enjoy what we miss in our place of living.
