Heres a few things you can do.
Use the nose strips that you can get. Superdrugs Tea Tree ones are quite good and are usually on offer.
Your nose has to be wet for them to stick but your hands have to be dry, like bone dry, and dont wet the out side of the strip or it goes all sticky.
To wet your nose use the hottest water you can tolerate to open the pores. Leave the strip on for 15 minutes.
Exfoliate every other day (you can do it everyday as long as its just on your nose) Everyday on your face is too harsh.
It is ok to squeeze then out, as long as you do it properly.
Stick your head under a towel over a bowl of hot hot water (like when your ill) and let the steam open your pores for 10 minutes. when you go to squeeze the blckheads out, make sure your fingers/nails are touching the skin directly, wrap tissue round your fingers to protect the skin. And squeeze GENTLY, if it doesnt want to come out then leave it and try again another day. DDONT oversqueeze, you will damage your skin.
Face masks and warming scrubs/cleansers are also good.

I have always went thru the exact same thing...and so far the things that have worked for me best is 1)do NOT PICK,that just irrates the black heads and the unremoved infection in the pore will just become more noticable.2)when washing your face scrub deep on the sides of your nose .Hope that helps!

Exfoliate with a proper facial daily treatment like Visibly Refined by Nuetrogena.
Steam your face once a week.
Drink plenty of water.
Eat lots of fresh fruit and vegetables.
MOST important, never never NEVER squeeze, or pick.

Have you tried Biore strips or their warming anti-blackhead cream cleanser? They have worked really well for me in the past.
