I tried and my nose bleed like crazy! Too many twists and turns I hate them!! I wear bones now..I swear they are the best! Just pop in and viola! Perfect!! I tossed all my nose screws out, too much hassle. I just got some cool bones off of eBay and they are great!! 14 for 6$!
Isn't this bunch funny ..look at how they judged us! wow!! I just read your answers..I have 11 piercing..my nose and belly are my favourites..others are strategically placed

Gently spread the Virgina, line your nose up with it and slowly insert.

Wow - good question - very carefully. If you can't do it, maybe you could get a friend to help or go to a piercing place that's clean and get them to give you some tips and maybe help.

you just twist it in. i don't like them cuz after you wear them for a while they tend to fall out. i prefer horseshoes, much more reliable.

Oh please, don't do that! You don't need a piece of hardware in your nose to be unique and interresting. Just be yourself. C'mon!
