simple, insert the person with an ipod that you want music from into your computer, save the songs from their ipod you want on your ipod into a folder on your computer. then disconnect their ipod, and just send the music on your computer to your ipod. i suggest doing this with itunes or windows media player.

Maybe you if you have an older iPod you might be able to...but I actually don't think you can't...they've really improved so that people have to buy music and not do file sharing. You might be able to take your iTunes and burn it onto a cd, or dvd and they can import it to their iTunes...but you can't just transfer files buddy.
