Go to the tool bar at the top of the screen and click on view they you click on Text Size and then click a size smaller than what it is currently set on. You are welcome

If you have Windows XP, and a scroll wheel on your mouse, you can hold down "CONTROL" while turning the scroll wheel and that will make the font bigger and smaller. It is quicker and easier that way.
