how to deal with nervous children ? my children (2) children very nervous they eating with difficulty?

my children age about 4 years and 3 years they go to nursery school because i work in the morning i bring to them all kinds of foods but they always don't need and all the time they fighting together and craying

we eat with our eyes so children too,that's why it is advisable that u prepare colorful dishes coz it increaes their appetite..

on the crying, maybe they're too early for school and they r experiencing separation anxiety that's why they cry alot and fight over something, i suggest that u spend more quality time with them by reading them stories that teaches a lesson on sharing or taking care of little siblings....like that

Why feed them food if thy don't need it,if thy keep fighting it probably they need love and attention try both.
